1 About Our Services

B2X DR LTDA provides digital health and wellness products, including webapps, instructional content, supplement guidance, and organizational tools. Our services are intended for informational and educational purposes only.

Our products include, but are not limited to: App Flex, App Alívio, the Supplement List, and Plan Oro.

2 Eligibility

To use our services you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian
• Provide accurate information when creating an account
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Brazilian law

3 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at the contact address below if you suspect unauthorized access.

Each account is for personal, individual use only. Sharing access credentials with others or using a single account for multiple users is not permitted.

4 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Copy, redistribute, or resell any content from our platforms without written permission
• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt any part of our platforms
• Impersonate B2X DR or any of its representatives
• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content

5 Payments & Refunds

Prices for our products are displayed at the time of purchase. All transactions are processed by third-party payment providers and are subject to their terms.

Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of purchase, in accordance with Brazil's Consumer Protection Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor, Art. 49 — Lei 8.078/1990), applicable to purchases made remotely. To request a refund, contact us via the address below.

6 Intellectual Property

All content available through B2X DR platforms — including text, videos, images, graphics, and software — is owned by or licensed to B2X DR LTDA and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may access and use content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or publicly displayed without prior written consent.

7 Service Availability

We strive to keep our platforms available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will not be held liable for any losses resulting from temporary unavailability.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, B2X DR LTDA shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our services. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

9 Termination

You may stop using our services and close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to users who violate these terms, without prior notice.

10 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ananindeua, Pará — Brazil.

11 Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For significant changes, we will notify registered users by email.
